Veterans, we are in network with the VA and can provide medical massage therapy under your insurance.

2. You will need to contact the VA Community Care and request services; they will schedule an evaluation.
The VA will ask for my NPI number and email address. This information can be provided upon request.
2. Once the VA provides an "authorization" we can get started.
Not a veteran? No problem.
We take United Healthcare insurance and accept FSA & HSA payments.
BCBS Patients: We can provide a superbill upon request. You will be responsible for reimbursement.

All treatments need at least 24 hours notice to schedule.
Cancellation policy: All appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of their alloted scheduled time. Failure to reschedule within 24 hours will result in a full session charge. Insurance patients are required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Insurance will not cover missed appointments.
